The Agate Works of Green Bay, WI
Gary and Kathie McFarlane have been mining and cutting gemstones since 1980. What started as a family hobby has evolved into a passion for working with stones.
Our goal is to showcase all of the colors, patterns and beauty that are present within each stone.
The Agate Works was created to provide jewelry artists and cabochon collectors with unique gemstones of high-quality workmanship. Many of the materials we offer have been self-mined from the Western United States and Mexico.
We regularly sell our cabs on eBay and Etsy. If you would like to purchase from us, we have made it easy to get to these stores by simply clicking the links on Our Cabs for Sale page.
We also offer custom cabochons cut from your materials, and custom shapes and sizes to meet your specific project needs. Please contact us if you would like to pursue either of these options.
